"Jenna Harte did an edit of a 9,000 word short story that I submitted for consideration to an anthology. I am sure without her edits and critique, my short story wouldn't have been chosen to be included in the published anthology. Her insight and guidance were invaluable. Not only was she able to point out the basics, such as the overuse of specific words, she was able to help me write with more feeling rather than showing, which only enhanced the emotional vibe of each scene. I couldn’t have accomplished the polished, perfected version of my story without her assessment, revisions, and most importantly, her encouragement and support of me and my writing." — A. Francoure
"Jenna was kind enough to look at my draft of 'Crimson Wake' before I sent it in to the first Tender and Tempting Tales Anthology, Moonlight and Margaritas. I've taught writing at the college level, so of course I wasn't looking for grammar help, but I have been in academic writing for a long time... and I didn't have a lot of experience with short stories or commercial romance, so I knew I needed her advice. Jenna did a very thorough developmental edit, helping me to think differently about the plot, the focus of the language, and the emotional content. She also helped me clean up dialogue tags, focus on body language, and make my language more active and appealing. Over the past year, exercising my short story writing muscles and going back over my stuff with Jenna's advice, I think I have improved immensely and begun to see much more publishing success. I have a PhD in English, and there was still a lot I could learn from Jenna. Send her your stuff!" —T.A. Leederman, Author
“You have a very valuable gift for seeing an MS in terms of how an average reader sees it...In almost every case, I made substantive changes to the text to address your excellent questions about this or that passage.” — M. Patrick, Romance Author
“I am loving your comments and learning a lot! Have felt a lot of gratitude for the instruction around showing not telling” — S. Brown, Aspiring Author
